La Artesanal - Monterrey

Éramos solo 2 mesas en todo el restaurante. Desolado con ambiente triste. La comida estaba bien, nada espectacular. Buen servicio.

We arrived at La Artesanal right at the time of the reservation and were promptly seated, from then on the service went quickly downhill. We ordered several plates to share, they were served, but tortillas took another 15 minutes to arrive, so it was wither cold dishes, or no tortilla with our dishes. Drinks took forever, we actually cancelled the a bottle of win because after 20 minutes it still did not arrive. Food was ok, some of the cuts were good, the last dish though, even though some at our table mentioned no red came as if it was grilled from the freezer as it was perfect on the outside, but completely red in the center. I like mine medium rare (even though we requested no red for the table) and the center was too red for me. It is a pity since the place is nice and the food, while not the best, still a fairly good value, but service was exceptionally bad.

La comida es excelente, el servicio es bueno y los precios son justos en relación a la calidad de la comida.
