We order tepanyaki, but I love to order always... read more It is a good japanese restaurant in that area of Monterrey. I have been going with my family since I was little. We order tepanyaki, but I love to order always my salmon sushi with wasabi and ginger on the side. They keep the sushis just as Japan, simple, nice, fresh. When I order the fried rice and tepanyaki I usually ask for one of my fav sauces seasame sauce delicious.

The f... read more One of our favorite restaurants in Monterrey. We've been going there ever since we got married, almost 24 years ago (back then it was called Kamakura En). The food quality and the service have never declined. The owners are a senior japanese couple and they both oversee the food and the service. The lady makes the sushi entrees and it's some of the best sushi we've had. The teppan entrees are also very good. My friends and I agree the only better teppan we've had so far is at Teppan Edo at Epcot. This restaurante is highly recommendable. And the prices are reasonable; our bill was about 150 USD for a group of 7 adults.
