This restsurant offers the best cabrito in Monterrey. From the moment you walk up and see the kid goats skinned in the window, you know your meal will be fresh. And it is. The meat is hot, and depending on the day, melt in your...mouth tender. But on rare occasions, like my most recent visit, the meat was a tad dry and less enjoyable. Perhaps because the restaurant was busy, people weren't able to keep up with the timing of the orders. In any case, service was incredibly slow. In fact, I had to go to the front to request and pay for the check. Once we'd ordered and received our food, the servers never returned. I've been here several times, and this was not the best experience I've had.

Best place to eat Cabrito and other meat specialties from the region. The restaurant is very traditional with a touch of sophistication.

My family and I visit Monterrey around the holidays every year and this is always at the top of the list for everyone. Not only is the food amazing but it's quite the experience from the grill to the decor it will definitely be...a place you won't forget. The customer service is also always top-notch. Definitely recommend.

I enjoy exploring local cuisine and also like to eat goat meat and this was highly recommended as goat is considered a traditional dish in Monterrey. The restaurant entrance was undergoing some renovation. Service was good. The goat dish, we had the half goat option,...it was good but nothing special, sorry. This may be a case where the restaurant is past its peak and now living off the reputation.
