Chili's - Monterrey

We have eaten here several times and always had a very good lunch. The hamburgers, fries, and ribs are always well prepared. Service is fast and the food is fresh.

Today I was on chili 's and we waited more than 10 min for the waiter to approach and ask for what we wanted at least to drink. Tha place was with 3 or 6 customers tops. We saw the waiters laughing and joking about different things but completely ignored us. We stood up and requested asked if the place was opened to confirm if we were going to be served... One guy said to us.. Well I 'm not a waiter but I can take your order I didn 't expect that I 'm not a waiter thing. So I asked for the manager to let him know that it 's not the first time this has happened to us.. . I can 't complain on the food... but the service has a lot of points of improvement, I believe that the manager needs to have meetings with the staff so this type of bad service don 't happen.

No suelo ir a restaurantes de cadena cuando visito ciudades nuevas, pero me senté en Chili's y elegí una Guacamole Burger. Una opción mexicana muy agradable que nunca había visto en otro país donde Chili's tiene restaurante. Muy agradable y sabrosa. ¡Debes probarlo!

We were vacationing on our own city and decided go to Chili's for lunch. It was a nice experience. The building is very nice and it has an area where you can sit comfortable with your family. Menu is very good and the food is tasty. I recommend you to try lunch menu because it is cheaper but it is same quality as regular orders.
