On our cinque terre walkabout tour day trip, our guide recommended to have il frantoio for the best focaccia and also recommended to get the pfanne fritto with stracchino cheese. we had to wait a few minutes until they open, but holy cow was worth it! the focaccia was delicious, but the pan fritto with cheese. there is no cake. we went back and I wish I could have it now. a must try when you're here! service was also very friendly.
Friendly staff, scum feccia the best eaten ever. Congratulations, whoever is in the five lands can't skip this stage.

Best focaccia and pizza in Monterosso! I strongly suggest Pane fritto with cheese. Also very good pizza and all others types
