Brasa Caribe - Montería

The food was okay, the service and cleanliness were terrible. The salt tank in the table had something black about it. It was a disposable container, but it was obvious that they reuse it and last time it was clean a few months ago. I order a tri-tip it was ok, but I think it had a lot too much sauce and the beef itself had a strange to taste. The server had a terrible setting.

The parking is readily available in front of the restaurant and easy to get to; service is eficient and a large menu; portions are very large and quality of food is an 8.5 out of 10- they also offer a second floor with air conditioning

Córdoba is known for its meat. This place and La Bonga are the two places I recommend to eat beef in Montería. Do not try the salmon or other fish. Go straight for the beef. Portions are huge!!

Huge place that can seat a few hundreds and that offers good grilled meat and other medium quality dishes (hamburgers, pasta) in an open setting. I would rather stick to the meat. Conveniently located across the road for those that stay at the Florida Sinu Hotel. Otherwise, I would not take a taxi or drive to this place just for the food.

We actually had a wonderful meal here worth writing about. The steaks were fine and tender unlike a lot of places that over cook. Everything was delicious starting from the plantain chips and two sauces. The drinks were natural juices Coruso or something like that. The meal was very filling and perfect. The second time we went was yesterday for our 4th trip to monteria. This time the wait staff was simply lackadaisical. First time was a dream. But, not all wait staff is that great anywhere anyway. The first time the waiter actually hailed us a cab. The second time we were on our own.
