We were looking for a place in Carmel to eat but alas no luck ! I wasn’t sure if I could eat the vegan ramen because it mentioned it had a sesame sauce included with it . So happy that it was an optional addition ! Loved the vegan ramen with the variety of vegetables .... the broth was ok but definitely you get a lot which was nice ! Added a side of kimchi and rice and definitely did not leave hungry !

With self-ordering touch-screen machines, cozy individual dining spots, and various table options for small and large groups, it creates a welcoming environment. As ramen enthusiasts who have tried it in many places, including Japan, we found the flavors here to be truly authentic. We ordered the Shio-Spicy and Tonkotsu-Spicy ramen because we love spicy food, and let me tell you—they are REALLY spicy! I was sweating while I ate, but they were absolutely delicious. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and I'm so glad we did. It’s now on my list of favorite spots to revisit.

Each ramen bo... read more You place your order at a kiosk where you can customize your bowl to quite an extent. Besides ramen, they offer rice bowls and sides like edamame. Each ramen bowl is generously loaded with vegetables such as mushrooms, edamame, bamboo shoots, onions, tofu, carrots, cucumbers, and bean sprouts— and the portions are enormous! I personally felt that my bowl could have easily fed two people. I took my time finishing it, and they were kind enough to wait patiently for me to finish before closing, even though I was the last customer. They didn't rush me at all. I would definitely come back!
