Unfortunately, it was quite noisy due to the hard s... read more During my second visit, I was seated upstairs at a table with an angled ceiling overlooking the first floor. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy due to the hard surfaces in the historic building. Since one of my party members has difficulty hearing, I requested a different table, which our server happily accommodated. We ended up having a wonderful time, but without that table change, the experience would have been significantly less enjoyable! On a positive note, the food was very good. Be aware, though, that parking can be challenging given its downtown location.

Over $30 for Cacio e Pepe pasta (pasta, cheese, pepper are the only ingredients) was outrageous given the very meager portion served. Even the wine pours seemed smallish. We shared a salad, a pasta, an entree, and a dessert, each had a glass of wine. Just under $200. In my opinion, although very good, walked away thinking we don't need to go back because of the overall value.

Given that we made our reservations well in advance, this seating arrangement was disappointing. The food was decent, but I wouldn't choose to come back.
