I absolutely love this restaurant! I can't believe it took me so long to find this gem in LA. The dumplings are delicious and come in a variety of options, all at great prices with quick service. Honestly, everything is tasty, but I recommend focusing on the dumplings since that's their specialty. I've been there 3-4 times, and it's always been fantastic. What Hugh Do doesn't like about Monterey Palace:
The restaurant has changed its name to Lee Yuen Seafood. I visited for lunch with a group of 11 friends, and we ordered a set meal for $308. The roast pig was excellent! The soup, however, was a bit bland. The chicken was fresh and tasty, but it wasn't deboned. The lobster with green onion was very good. I really liked the dishes and service, great area close to my house. The workers are always nice. I highly recommend this place.
I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are appetizing and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a gorgeous evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Two days ago was our first time we came to that excellent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had a good time with the courteous service, with the great dishes and booze and with the decent pay. We will definitely come back in a short time.
I had Braised pork over rice and it was really good taste. Also, Xiao long pao and Shrimp Wonton were good as well. People there are just really nice. Good food n service.
Delicious Dim-Sum at reasonable prices. Venue seems clean and staff very friendly and helpful. You pick the Dim-Sum from a paper form and then they bring you the dishes afterwards, no carts involved. Parking is very limited. They have a Hong Kong style BBQ dishes by the entrance. I would definitely come back again.
