Luminarias - Feedback

What Derek doesn't like about Luminarias:
I was pleasantly surprised by the food and drinks at this restaurant. They exceeded my low expectations and were better than I thought they would be. However, the service was really disappointing. Our waitress was pleasant but incredibly slow. The restaurant didn't seem very crowded, so we suspected they might have been understaffed.
