You can still find items on their menu for under $10 with the same delicious taste and generous portions. I went back three times in two weeks to try more dishes and enjoyed every one. Their weekday specials offer $2 sake and $1 select drinks. The lunch combo options are a great reason to come back. The waitress is attentive and friendly. This hidden gem has earned a spot on my list of favorites. The restaurant is located below street level, so it's easy to miss the parking entrance. Look for the dollar tree shop sign to find the restaurant from afar.

My party visited a Japanese restaurant and arrived 30 minutes before closing. The staff welcomed us warmly and took our order right away. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the food was fantastic! We enjoyed chicken teriyaki, tempura, California rolls, and a delicious sweet potato roll. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was top-notch and we will definitely be returning. My mother particularly enjoyed the green tea with roasted rice flavor. Thank you so much, we highly recommend this place in Monterey Park for anyone seeking great Japanese food!
