Absolutely loved our experience at IGO RAMEN! It's a small, authentic ramen spot in Madrid with a really cozy atmosphere. We were two people and both ordered the foie gras ramen — it was incredible. It was rich and deep in flavor, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the foie gras was soft and delicious, adding something really special to the dish.
