You can either order food beforehand or join one of her cooking lessons. We learned a lot about the Ayurvedic concept. Tatiana out a lot of effort adapting our cooking menu to vegan and gluten free which was a huge plus for us! We really enjoyed our time there. Will definitely repeat. Highly recommend!
