Terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. We came here early in the morning for breakfast and the service was extremely unfriendly. The young waiter was grumpy, rude and completely unhelpful from the start. They did not even have fresh orange juice available. We ordered three classic breakfasts with toast, and one of the pieces of bread turned out to be covered in mold on the back. Unfortunately, I only noticed it after I had already eaten part of it. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he did not apologize at all. He simply took the bread away in an annoyed manner and came back about 10 minutes later with a replacement, which I obviously refused. Still no apology, no explanation, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Hygiene and customer service were both terrible. I would never come back here.
The main reason for the bad review is how aggressive and rude the waiter is. We visited Monday at noon and multiple people noticed that he was aggressive and started talking about it. Ppl like him should not work in hospitality
We were on a tour and stopped at this location for 30 minutes. We wanted to sit and enjoy a drink but the guy wouldn’t let us. Only to eat he said. I also had an 8 month old baby with me so walking a tour for 3 hours I wanted to just sit down. These people will NEVER get my business
Expensive, staff didn’t give change once paid..
The place looks nice inside, they have a terrace outside. You need to know Spanish, I don't speak English. It was easy for me to understand. We just stopped for a drink.
