A woman came to the door and informed me that they were closed, even though the "open" sign was still illuminated. This was quite poor business practice.

There were diners inside, yet the waitstaff communicated through the window that they were too busy to assist us. This marks the second time in a year that we've been turned away at the door. We won't be trying again a third time.
