Almost entirely locals, couples, groups of friends, families with children but we were very welcome. A lively mix of people, drinking, taking advantage of the cheap tapas, or ordering main dishes from the carta. Drinks well-priced, food nicely prepared, we enjoyed our evening very much.

The goat's cheese salad and oven-baked salmon steak followed by an ice-cream dessert. Recommended. The town is well kept and friendly, got the feeling they weren't used to seeing visitors, perhaps attributable to the winding roads down into the valley from all directions. Parking is not allowed in the square, the residents' way round this is to stop in the middle of the road and leave their engines running, which all seem to be large aging diesels!

The variety of items cooked on the wood-fired barbecu... read more We go at least once a week to Entre Ascusas, as it has one of the best gourmet tapas menus in the village. The variety of items cooked on the wood-fired barbecue are all delicious. Host Alvaro is warm and friendly, and the bar offers a large selection of wines. Highly recommended.
