Contribute FeedbackWe were sent to this restaurant by our bed and breakfast host. We had a really good time at the enoteca. We had the fiorentina, the tagliata di manzo and the tomahawk steaks. Also the lavacake dessert. The meat was perfectly baked and the cake was also very good. The wine menu in this restaurant is so exhaustive you can barely choose!
Located in the center of Monteforte in an apparently very old building, this place has the feeling of the Classical old-style Enotecas that possibly existed in the same place since a very long time ago. Classic Italian good food (I tried the pasta of the house a la carbonara, and Green salad), and some local wine selection which is good value for money, but could be more sophisticated and of a higher level (taking into account that this is truly wine country). If I happen to pass by in the future, I shall visit again.
The Enoteca was recommended to us on the basis that it is where the locals eat, because it is so good. We found this to be true. The food was excellent, the atmosphere pleasing and the local people kept arriving. Again on the basis of advice we didn't order a bottle of wine but went with glasses of whatever they had opened. Of course we started with a Soave and then moved onto local reds. Each wine we tried was excllent and complemented the food. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Simply wonderful! the environment is beautiful and the kitchen at the height of the place! I can't wait to come back!
