I've been eating at La Preara since it's opening, and it keeps getting better. Dishes of the local tradition with high quality ingredients, with the simple and relaxed presentation of a dinner at home with the family. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and familiar, as are the owners and waiters. Location is astonishing, with an amazion view on the below valley spotted with wine-fields and woods. Make sure to get a table on the terrace if you're visiting during summer.
