Bainait Arci - MONTECCHIO EMILIA

Very nice place. And I wondered why it was practically empty at 20.30 on Sunday, so full aperitif. We order a spritz and a gin tonic with a gin of a slightly high level. The cocktails are coming... accompanied by practically nothing to eat, two croutons and two peanuts just counted. No problem. I look at my tonic gin and the advanced toned in the bottle seemed a little too much... it was more than half. I wanted to add it but actually the glass was already full to the edge... I realize that the glass was full of ice but it was a plague. I don't want to be boring and try to drink it but obviously in the glass there was gin and ice. I didn't want to be rude or even less to point out that they had combined however for 8 euros... I ask to have a bigger glass because I'm practically drinking gin sketch hoping that it will happen to the problem. I was actually hoping they'd do it again. No... they overwhelmed my cocktail in another glass with different shape but same capacity. So after I've had toned the tonic, he brought it back to me and told me that the gin tonics are like this, it adds the tonic a little at a time. Well, it's... it's not the case. I know exactly what a gin tonic is like, and then what do I add that's full of ice? I expect you to escape? Or do I practically drink gin? Bad behavior. Boh... maybe it wasn't evening..

Quiet place, cozy, excellent cocktails, young staff and all nice, by far the best that there is in montecchio

Informal and impeccable service, menu with few courses, but very tasty and well prepared. Careful and courteous service. Great choice of beers and drinks.

Nice open room, well equipped, great for preparing drinks and with excellent pins for beer

Friendly staff, great selection of wines and good live music. Recommended for both dinner and after.
