Very happy with the hotel and service! Giuseppe and Josef, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. A very lavish dinner tourist menu and breakfast were served by Francesco who was also very nice and friendly with everyone. Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the sanctuary of Padre PIO. I had a great time, the facility was spotless, welcoming and in an excellent location for both the Sanctuary and the city center. Courteous and professional staff. Worthy of note is the hotel restaurant with EXCELLENT cuisine where, in addition to undoubtedly the skill of the Chef, I appreciated the genuine quality of the dishes. For me it's a 10, also in terms of quality/price ratio. I highly recommend it. Welcoming hotel, large spaces and comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Special thanks to Mr. Domenico at the reception, who in addition to being friendly and smiling, gave us, together with Giorgio, a pleasant welcome, trying to politely satisfy our requests.
