What Ornella Ricci doesn't like about Parma E Oriente:
Hotel centrally located in Montecatini, attentive and kind staff. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room, although it seemed to have been renovated quite recently, gave off a bad smell. Not much space for a triple room, breakfast and dinner quite disappointing, almost like a canteen. Booked with tour operator bambini travel, perhaps the mass cuisine depends on this... Positivity: very welcoming staff available for every need; clean environments good and abundant dinner (little or no fruit) having placed only the group of our friends in the annex allowed us to use the common living room to chat until late Negativity: Room quite small lack of kettle in the room mediocre and not very varied breakfast with queues to serve yourself at the only machine that distributed coffee and other items dining room not at all soundproofed with annoying rumbling Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 4

Apart from the inconvenience on the first day with the cold room, which was then resolved very well, everything was fine. Food drinks: Excellent dinners with dishes typical of the region and well presented. Great dinner, really good chef!!! Compliments. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet
