Ordonez Mexican Restaurant - Montebello

No place is perfect, but Ordoñez comes pretty darn close! The Food? Generous and authentic. The Beverages? Always on point. And their Servers? Always, the Best!

We have been loyal customers for years. We liked it because my wife and Myself would get out of work late and we liked the late hours of Ordonez. Before the Pandemic the place was going down hill with bad service and new Cooks that couldn't cook a descent plate of Chilaquiles. We recently went back ignoring our previous bad experiences and we received what we expected, terrible service. We were seated by this rude and angry waitress.We waited 30 minutes before she took our Drink order. And we waited and waited and no one came. The waiters saw us but ignored us. Never Again. Please stay away. Terrible service and ungrateful staff. I believe the owner is a Female owner who Hates her staff, customers, and I guess hates her Restaurant ,for her to allow it collapse in such a way. Please learn from our Experience. Stay Away.

Never disappointed. I've been a fan of Ordoñez since they were on Beverly Blvd. However, moved out of the area and hadn't been back in over 10 years. Food has always been very good, and still is. Cadillac Margaritas are . The cucumber Margaritas are also amazing.
