Mediterranean Express Grill

I went there on Sunday and I found a hair on my food the worker named Lori was very rude she charged extra and when I went to return the food show her there was a hair and replied with a attitude I done see anything the hair was long and black It was very noticeable they took a long time to serve the order then to top it off she was trying to give me a refund only foe the plate then replied with you didn't bring me all the food back with a nasty attitude then she went to tell the workers and they were all just laughing don't eat theyre if you do make sure they don't put hair on your food.

Food tastes really good but the portion is not enough

There was a 1 cm strand of hair that my daughter found in her rice platter. It was tinted red with blue ends, same as the cashier’s hair color. Before discovering the hair, we had a bigger reason where zero stars seems more fitting: We opened the rice platter and there was a grey color on the grilled tomato. Not charred black like the rest of it but grey. Looking closely, it was fuzzy mold. We showed the cashier and lady in charge and they asked if we wanted another tomato. We said no. They asked what we wanted. Well, usually in cases like that, we’d be offered something specific but nope, nothing. Well, a refund at least partial would have been appropriate but really, the food preparer’s reaction was not one of concern or even surprise. It was almost as if she knew the tomato was moldy when placed on the cooktop. Needless to say, the rest of the meal was not enjoyable and felt un-kosher, especially having found the strand of hair. We are never returning here. The food (lamb/chicken wrap) was not tasty (except maybe the koubideh). Worse, customer service is not a thing here.

I used to come to get Mediterranean food at this place long time ago and it was good. Now the food had no flavor . The chicken is redish color thinking it 's seasoned well but its not. The rice was a bit hard and no taste not even with the little sauce given on the side to add to it. The worse was the hummus, it had a bitter aftertaste. Not good at all. The only ok thing from here was the cucumber salad. Will not get food from here anymore. I wasted $56 for two plates combo and two drinks with a side of hummus because it doesn 't come with it..

Food is always delicious here but the service could use a revamp. Waited just under 30 minutes for my order only for the young lady to tell me that they ran out of rice as you can see in the picture.
