Bj's Brewhouse - Montebello

Food took long to come out but I'm guessing it's because it was Mother's Day weekend. Although, it wasn't too busy when we went. There were empty tables around us. The baked potatoes came out too hard and my chicken pita tacos were more pita than actual chicken.

We had baby back ribs .Delish!!!My son had a hamburger with bacon ,avacado,aoli sauce he enjoyed it. My mom had a surf n turf it lacked flavor but Manager made it right by bringing out a plate baby back ribs full meal to replace surf n turf. Mom was very happy after that. Great customer service. Our waitress was prompt and very niice. We will be back again.

Poor service I took a hour to get service. Manager was notified and did nothing

Waited 25 minutes, seated in small table cus the others identified was not open, food was ok; but Waited to long for service =drinks, food and extra 15min for my daughter free certifie pizacokee we took it to go

Order Uber eats tonight , nearly $100.00, wishing restaurants would make delivery a priority as much as dine-in, really let down . Ribeye steak wasn’t cold , wasn’t warm, DRY. Flat, stingy asparagus , leftovers if you will, and burnt to a crisp pizookies, with a barely making it , scoop of ice cream ,more liquid than thickness. The mac and cheese never made it to my plate ,had to count that one out as missing . I won't be ordering from here again via delivery, my steak seemed to be sitting out for a good time before making its way to me . 2 stars for the fact I didn’t go to bed hungry, just disappointed.
