Was handed my coffee cup and by the time I filled my cup, my totts and fried (not fresh) chicken sandwich was on the tray wrapped up in a greasy wrapper. At today's times and cost of a meal. Food should be served Hot and fresh (not stale)

After paying over $31, we were disappointed to find that we only received a chicken patty with three pickles on a bun. The fries were hot, but they tasted like old grease, which was really unappetizing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I was looking for a low-carb option, specifically a breakfast bowl, but they told me they didn't have it available. I had just enjoyed one at a different location the day before. When I mentioned this, the staff member rudely suggested that I should go back there. Overall, I was quite let down by the service.
