Was handed my coffee cup and by the time I filled my cup, my totts and fried (n... read more I've not stopped to at a Hardee's in decades. I ordered a chicken biscuits meal. Was handed my coffee cup and by the time I filled my cup, my totts and fried (not fresh) chicken sandwich was on the tray wrapped up in a greasy wrapper. At today's times and cost of a meal. Food should be served Hot and fresh (not stale)

I was looking for a low-carb option, specifically a breakfast bowl, but they told me they didn't have it available. I had just enjoyed one at a different location the day before. When I mentioned this, the staff member rudely suggested that I should go back there. Overall, I was quite let down by the service.

As far as rest stop food goes, Hardee's is one of the best places. We were on an East Coast drive so we ended up having food at 7+ rest stops along the way.
