I was with my partner a few days ago. Menù degotation “by free hand” very good. well done service and account in line with what we ate. a beautiful innovative restaurant in that of calderino.
Usually I'm not giving the maximum score, but this place in the province is one of the few exceptions for me. The reception starts from the booking call where I am impressed by a pleasant flexibility of the time; continue on arrival where we park the car in front of a room with soft lights and the cozy area. We are greeted at the entrance by a young girl who sits in the room, some places with open kitchen and a remarkable cellar corner, housed on comfortable chairs we start with a prosecchino while we browse the menu. Paper tempting proposal: between sea and mountain alternatives are promising and innovative. The young Italian chef with French training develops his inspiration in a particular kitchen without forgetting the territory. I started with the mackerel and already the presentation of the dish left me open. Like the first spaghetti on the pumpkin cream, amalgamated became a poem. I've also tried that really remarkable one. As sweet Adam and Eve was a happy ending. I have to go back before I change the menu. Good boy!

What a great dinner! The room is very elegant, friendly, professional and dynamic service. The well-kept dishes, created with excellent quality raw materials and full and enveloping flavor. The absolutely consistent account. Bravo
