I've only used the drive thru at this location, and my experiences have been good. The service is fast friendly. I usually go between 7am-9am on a weekday, and the line hasn't been too bad. I mainly do mobile orders and they make my drinks right, and the temperature is perfect by the time I get to the window. What Gael Shim doesn't like about Starbucks:
Employees are nice but this place is a bit shabby tables look battered and there's trash on the floor. I feel sympathetic to the staff. You know what kind of neighborhood this is when you see password locked bathrooms and interesting people coming in for nothing but ice water in a Starbucks venti. I have been going here for a long time but after what happened today they lost their selves a customer. I came in here yesterday and today with a 100 dollar bill and they said ?We don?t have change? now I understand because sometime you just don?t have enough change but still I got pretty annoyed because I didn?t see any sign saying ?No 100 dollar bills? or something like that and they specifically said we don?t accept 100 dollar bills so what?? How was I supposed to know?? Then when the lady who was attending us asked her manager just to make sure they didn?t have change and she talking to us in Spanish but the manager said ?I don?t speak Spanish? and he wasn?t even going to talk to us but we know English too so that was lucky but still honestly he wouldn?t have even talked to us if we hadn?t know English they had bad service and I?m never coming here ever again. Don?t come here you might have this same experience this is just a warning ?? to not come here.

??????? don't go here before work... You'll be late. Most Starbucks run so efficiently, but this one some how has staff that seem lost. Feel terrible to say it but it happens every time. And they're so unfriendly minus 1 or 2 people. Would go here because it's close by but it's not worth it anymore. ??????? sorry.
Bathrooms closed to the public at this location. The hours are inaccurately posted and in general this location has been really disappointing for a long time now. It?s hard to believe this is the state of Starbucks when they have record profits. More money than they know what to do with.
