What User doesn't like about Le France Jerome Brochot:
although the staff was very friendly and helpful, we ask ourselves how monsieur brochot got the Michelin star. either he was not there himself or something else happened. the dinner was very disappointing. the first cure seemed either deeply freed or not...freshly dry, tasteless, no imagination, the same came with the fish, and the rest of the food. It was twice that we came and were able to enjoy a tedious brunch the buffet was varied and copied for 48 euros with a cup of reception. Drink more. I feel like revenge is back to the view of a few comments.
Menu on the theme: "discovery" menu, it's great! You don't know what you're going to eat! on couples are particularly difficult to satisfy, and yet we start the blind on this menu, after we have been asked what we do not like and our allergies. and there, very successful: all dishes are treated, perfect cooking, extreme food and optimised seasonings. Our painful tastes have been very difficult, have left nothing, and ask again! efficient and encrypted service, of extreme prevenance. the chief moves to greet us, and the whole room illuminates. rather young customers, very nice and relaxed atmosphere, do not delight old grumpy people who probably did not understand the interest of this beautiful place. pack up your fair and if as you say, you are a regular star tables, go to see if the hay is greener. Lunch for two in a very pretty setting, note the pan-fried scallops and sublime veal fillets. A warm welcome and attentive service, to finish off a little visit from the Chef at the end of the meal. Well done !
Nous avons passé un superbe moment. Les plats étaient délicieux avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix au vu de la qualité des produits servis. Le service était très bon. Les vins que j'avais commandés n'étaient plus disponibles, mais le chef m'a recommandé deux autres vins dans mon budget qui étaient divins. Top !
