We had always wondered what could differentiate a very good restaurant from a starred restaurant and if it were deserved. for apicius the answer is yes. Everything is really magical to z! we let ourselves take the game of the accord mets and wines and it was also perfect! the staff is very friendly and remains accessible despite the requested rigor of a starred restaurant. The plates are simply beautiful! I highly recommend!
