This was the best meal in my trip. It was creative, tasty and I even liked the fish!Started with a gazpacho teaser that was refreshing. Has the set menu and started with the beef carpaccio. tout est dans le titre, cadre super, agencement super original, mais malheureusement cela s’arrête là. C'est dommage, parce que la qualité et le gout est là sur ce que l'on peu goûter, mais la quantité complètement absente!!! je ne veux pas en arriver au ''routier'' mais y'a un minimum, ou simplement retravailler les intitulés des plats; on annonce pas un onglet de bœuf, quand on sert quand on sert 3 miséreux morceau... Excellent in all areas, a small flat however: not quite a copyy plates for big eaters like me.
We made our annual evening at the Garage, 80 people, in the last minute, because the initial provider was unstoppable: a bad for a good, see a very good one! The organization upstream has been a real pleasure, Florian and Emma are listening, available and adapts to your requests, all in the good mood. Everything was very good, from aperitif to dessert. the guests enjoyed the evening. I thank them so much for this evening I recommend!!!!
