First, I'll start with what can shock some, but I don't bother the least of the world: It is not a place that respects the principles of French food, i.e. small onions and ways with its customers: we look for its drink itself, we are served in plastic cups, we pay at the caisse, the dishes are summarised, the hygiene of the tables is a little passable, and the owners often put their TV. So what's the end? And when we compare with everything that is good in this establishment, it is impossible not to be satisfied: The food is superbly good, it's done with care. We're served with homemade sauces. On television, it's often Pakistani or Indian TV movies that they put, which I find unpleasant and pleasant. They are super friendly, smiling often, and are listening to you if you want to ask them something on their menu, their kitchen, or if you have a specificity in your order. And finally, compared to the quantity and quality of what you eat, prices are just derisory. Clearly, you must not stop at appearances and small ways. It's one of the best restaurants/snacks in Montbéliard.
