Ambiance and interesting concept, but the composition of a salad requires a doctorate (happyly the staff is to explain it to you), not to mention that you will have to pay a minimum of 9€ for a little copyy salad and no less than 12€ for a drink and a fruit salad rikiki in menu! However, the products are fresh and the pleasant setting, but it remains out of price for the proposed quantity/prestation! View all feedback.

Located in the city center with free parking (which is not negligible) this restaurant offers salads to compose either even, quiches and tartes houses.
First visit to this place a little atypical: already, you have to go through a cranes store to access the restoration... . The concept is that for a flat price (12 €, quite reasonable you have to a drink, a dessert, and a base (quinoa, salad, pasta... to which you add 4 ingredients selected on the counter. Easy, so, to have a vegetarian cold dish. The parts are generous, the desserts well presented (for me, yoghurt with red fruits, with a small assortment of seeds and crusts. Two small regrets: the ingredients are not referenced organic (or then it is not indicated; and no selective sorting of waste at the outlet.
Very good phone reception, very good reception on site. The staff is kind, smiling. Beautiful room, filled with clarity and cleanliness. We took the menu of the day that was excellent. I had the regret to drink wine in a plastic cup, that's a shame! The concept looks like a self. The Salad bar looks more like a chick bar.
