La Trattomia Montauban

I took a 4 cheese pizza at the canal port, it was insipid, dry, not good at all 14 € for a little paste, grated and three cheeses ( exact recipe not basic) that I always look for taste is not won. Positive, we are very good but then very well the taste of the seed that replaces the flour. Besides being allergic to tomato, no fresh cream pizza. Very disappointed I strongly advise.

So where to start. a restaurant more than excellent, a real Italian cuisine more than copier, more than affordable, and a really exceptional quality of food. the manager and the employees adorable and listened, with human qualities that are almost no longer found elsewhere. an incredible quality restaurant in all the details, even the smallest.
