Amability and generosity. Couscous is good with lots of vegetables of all kinds. Pike meat is perfectible; unlike lamb mice served with vegetables. The boss gives an interesting lesson on the marketing of Moroccan wines in France. The gifts taken from a recent arrival from Morocco are one more: oil lamp and ingredients to flavor vodka. Superb welcome from Hamid and excellent couscous, different from Jacky's but just as good. Top service, the boss takes great care. A very good lunch with fresh produce and real know-how in the kitchen. Very good value for money.
Le couscous était absolument délicieux, chaque bouchée était un voyage de saveurs exquises. L'accueil était très chaleureux, ce qui a ajouté à l'expérience globale. Je le recommande vivement et j'ai hâte d'y retourner pour en savourer encore une fois chaque délice.
