we stayed at lunch and we ate well. good appetizers, risotto with delicate porcini, polenta and exquisite wild boar (the best dish) salami with good chocolate. friendly staff. Great view. clean bathrooms and convenient parking. good value for money. View all feedback.

Restaurant italia was recommended by our airbnb host. we have booked a table with a view and at the arrival were warmly welcomed and shown on our table with magnificent view over the valley below to the distant hills. unfortunately we don't speak...Italian, but they were very helpful and also had an English-speaking personal member who explains the menu to us. the 30 Euro Set menu that we cure from four delicious curses, choices for everyone, followed by coffee and liqueur, we felt that this was a good value. the friendly atmosphere ensured that we had a nice evening and were almost the last to go.
At the top of a hill they reach to montalto and there under the trees in an in-house with a view of the gentle hill weinberge is this family-run restaurant, italia. the set menu is a surprise of antipasti, pasta, meat veg desert and includes...wine! if simply delicious what they are looking for, they do not see further. I love to go to the belveder! located near italia, and enjoy the spectacular view. After a walk you can go to lunch or drink to italia!
Come da titolo, Locale visitato più volte negli anni. Premetto che è un locale con una certa storia che mantiene il format della classica trattoria dell’Oltrepò pavese. Quindi attenzione … se siete fighetti o stranieri altezzosi … occhio che questo non è il posto per voi : Battute a parte. La location è ruspante … quindi menù di stagione più piatti del giorno, più arredi un poco spartani come da tradizione. Servizio cordiale e rapido chiaramente negli orari di punta non aspettatevi le pietanze dopo 3 minuti perchè qui tutto viene cucinato al momento o quasi I piatti sono cucinati in modalità casalinga nel senso positivo del termine i sapori sono buoni. Il conto è leggero a prescindere qualche commento folle di recensori forse legati alla concorrenza locale. Plus : vista , tranquillità , convivialità. Valuto 3 pallini la cucina 1 pallino extra per location e rispetto delle tradizioni. Consiglio se vi piace il genere.
