A simply succulent meal (a favorite for the Scallop Pan with Fine Herbs), we feel a real mastery of flavors. Mr Nebout comes to see you and considers you, it’s very appreciable! The chef is master of his ingredients and will answer all your questions. Small downside for the knives which lack sharpening. In short, a meal that is definitely worth the detour.
