Just follow up Bruson road to the end and you will reach cheese Olympus. Eddy the owner qualities are so numerous that they are almost impossible to list: sympathetic, warm, entertaining (constantly joking), fine buyer of special local product (he also manages a grocery stand on the spot!), ... pushing the limits to pickles of choice selection (he was selected by National Swiss TV to sit on pickles jury). His absolute greatest hit is - of course, and probably you guessed well - Raclette! bagnes Valley boasts (with real observed assets) that here is the best raclette cheese produced. You do not need to ask Raclette Ambassador (another of his official titles) Eddy to confirm: he will serve ti to you and your taste and stomach will confirm. Just let you and your friends enjoy this National County highlight. Dissidents may order fondue which is also culminating at very high altitude. Tank You your Highness Eddy and team.
