a pity that you're going to close my favorite tea and the one who helped calm my anxiety if I found now I don't find it anymore and I have to take the lookout to sleep View all feedback.

The lovely little tea shop has closed it's doors unfortunately! Try "Cafe Couleur" as another choice. It also has a good assortment of teas as well as the coffee. The staff is friendly and will welcome you with pleasure. It is worth the visit - a great ambiance!
They have teas much better than in the shawines like David... they are expert and have guided us well.
Sitting right on Rue St. Jovite just a little bit tugged in, we stumbled upon this shop while touring the town. The owner of the shop is a true tea expert, this is a place that a tea lover should definitely visit! You can sip a cup of tea with homemade pastries here or have a tea to go if you are in a rush.I have a large collection of tea at home and I rotate my selection regularly. I was amazed at the variety of tea here, about 80, in a small shop in a small town, some of which are rare finds! We sampled a pot of Mi Xiang Hong Cha (Honey Fragrance Black Tea) and a pot of Mi Lan Xiang (Honey Orchid) Oolong Tea. Both were very fragrant with a musky note but are distinct from each other despite the similarity in name. We also got to have a sampler cup of Jin Hou (Golden Monkey) Black Tea from the owner to start off a great Year of the Monkey! This Jin Hou has a floral note, a little bit rosy in taste.Aside from the tea, we got a Sablé Chocolat Apricot (Chocolate covered short cake with apricot), a théramisu (tiramisu au thé, or tiramisu with tea), and a green tea almond biscuit/square. The desserts made with tea were made by the owner himself with his secret recipes. All were amazing, especially in company of great tea! Before we went away, we couldn't resist to buying some loose leaf tea, the price is fair, especially for the rare ones like Mi Xiang Black Tea and a special roasted Dong Ding from Taiwan that resembles the Gui Fei Oolong. This particular harvest of Dong Ding is special because of the special weather that year that allowed to have a more sought-after taste. We also got some Golden Monkey to go!The pictures I have cannot justify how great this place is... one must see, smell, and taste the tea oneself.
A lovely cup of tea to get away from the chill outside. My friend and I visited this last weekend and were welcomed and educated by the owner. A cozy ambience to enjoy some quiet time. We had a few questions and he was kind enough to answer all of them. Thank you for your warmth and hospitality.
