If you want real french pastry that melts in your mouth, this is the place.The croissants are fabulous - flaky, light & buttery like in France, because the chef is from France. I haven't eaten any more cake since I stopped gluten, and then I finally found a beautiful pastry that makes exceptional cakes without gluten, a real treat and even my guests love each time!!!There is also a bakery and they make their own chocolate for Easter for example! Do not hesitate to discover this little treasure!
French baguettes are always fresh. desserts are out of this world and their frozen take out prepared meals are exquisite.
This pastry shop has been located in the city centre of Mont-Tremblant for 3 years. She deserves to be stopped, but be careful, she is in the basement and I think it is not visible enough but allows a tea room and so to taste on site. because we must emphasize that, the pastries we find are of excellent qualities. chocolate also, therefore the chef must know what he's talking about in terms of refinement. It's not the kind or you can find some treats on the plates of the regular banners. here, we will explain and advise the best choice according to your tastes. even as the chef will move you and compose your dessert at the last moment. I cannot say, however, that it is a policy of the house. but we were able to taste the best "Paris-Bresse" at the Quebec, during the celebration of an unexpected anniversary! and believe me, we are greedy and know very well the best pastries in the Montreal area. among a very good choice, a wonderful lightning with lemon and pralined. The pastries are good but the ordinary bread. They are not made on site. Finally, the owner and leader is a very nice character and to support his skill, I think he provided some very good tables in the region. We have lost the mountain (old closed pastry), but now we have the bergandoise, Mont-Tremblant is saved!
For more than a year we have discovered the bergandoise in Mont-Tremblant. This is the place par excellence for pastries lovers and for those who want to eat quality products. The lime pie or potted tiramisu are delicious. the chef always has new ideas for his culinary creations including the famous black forest cake that he revisited to my great pleasure. The bread with olives and sunflower seeds is our companion during the aperitif and we can't go through it anymore. for us a weekend without passing through the swamp is impossible. we like to meet there and especially enjoy a different pastry every time.
