The supervisors are clearly skilled at their jobs, so you can rely on them to make you a decent sandwich. However, I had to call in tonight because my wrap was completely soaked in sauce and fell apart before I could even eat it. When I spoke to the girl on the phone, she casually mentioned that "it happens sometimes" with wraps. Trust me, it’s only happened in this place. The lack of care for customers here is almost amusing. I’m willing to go the extra mile, but I shouldn’t have to eat my subway with a knife and fork. In fact, I’m not even going to finish this. Just give me a decent wrap without drowning it in sauce before you take my money. There definitely won’t be a next time.
