Noodle Stars - Monrovia

I really enjoy this Indonesian restaurant. The noodles are delicious, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is inviting and adds to the dining experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient within the plaza, although it can be a bit chaotic because of the way parking is managed there.

**FOOD:** The chicken satay is quite a substantial meal. The dish comes with chicken skewers, rice, and a peanut sauce that has a surprising amount of lemongrass—though I enjoy lemongrass, so it was a pleasant twist for me! The dark chicken was nicely seasoned. The #1 dish features chicken, mushrooms, meatballs, and what I believe to be char siu pork as the protein options. The greens were good, but the star of the show is the magnificent noodles. If I could eat this every day for lunch, I absolutely would! It's the perfect balance of carbohydrates, greens, and protein! They also mentioned that we could request more soup if needed. **SERVICE:** Incredibly fast and attentive!

The food was quite delicious and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The cashier, who also handled phone orders, was very friendly. I requested to have my food packed to go, and they even mentioned that they were separating the vegetables for me. The takeout packaging was also very neat.

I just tried the babe goreng, it was ok but not especially excellent, the tofu goreng just so, avocado drink is just ok also, it is different from what my mother does to make, they are still many dishes I like to try so that I gave them 5 stars

I've actually tried this place when they were in a food court in West Covina. Glad to see now that they have their own standalone store. Noodles Stars, as you all know, is an Indonesian Restaurant specializing in noodles (hence their name but they do that have delicacies as well). It sits on the side of a plaza that is shared with a variety of other businesses, and a market. Parking can be bad during peak hours because of how concentrated this plaza naturally is The both times I've been here, there has been a common denominator. Their Me goreng. Before coming here, my only exposure to this dish was the instant ones. Although those are still good, I highly recommend trying the authentic dish, and if you're lucky to be around Noddle Stars, to try it here. It is significantly better and the dish I always look forward to ordering when coming here. I have also tried their Chicken Satay which is delicious as well. It came with some rice cakes and a very unique Shrimp Paste sauce. Overall, I love this place. I will definitely come back here time and time again for some great Indonesian food.
