I kindly told her to tak... read more I visited this location on a Saturday to grab a bagel for lunch. When I walked in, I noticed an employee at the counter cutting bagels. I kindly told her to take her time since I wasn’t in a hurry. Instead of a friendly response, she turned around and, quite rudely, said, "Yeah, I will take my time." To ensure I heard her correctly, I paid attention as she walked by, and she repeated her comment with a disdainful look. Disappointed by her attitude, I decided to leave. I will not be returning to this location again. Customer service should never be handled this way. Panera, you’ve lost yet another customer.
