What Brian BoBo doesn't like about Guthrie's Monroeville:
I stopped for dinner on my drive back to Florida. The first thing I was told was that they only accepted cash. The food was cold and below average, and the young man who assisted me seemed more focused on other tasks than on my order. Additionally, the young woman working with him appeared uninterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the meal. Meal type: Takeout Dinner. After waiting on my sandwich for about 10 minutes, I finally received it with only a drip of sauce on it with withered lettuce. IF the chicken itself had not been fresh and hot, I would have given one-star on everything!
The young black man at the window service is delightful. You almost think you are at Chick-fil-A the way he greets you. Food okay, but I would return just because the service.
