Gloria Jean's Coffees Crossroads Mall

There aren?t anymore Gloria Jeans where I live they all closed down. So to my surprise as I was out of town for work trip a couple of months ago I stumbled upon 1. I was in shock. The barista completely understood my excitement lol. I got the Oreo chiller with a shot of espresso and it tasted just like it did years ago. If you have never had Gloria Jeans please do!!

I seriously never complain about bad service but I?m sick to my stomach right now. Not only did the lady was coughing and hacking behind the counter BUT THERE WAS A BUG IN LATTE. IM SICK

Guy at counter was obviously overwhelmed. We tried to order 2 drinks. My vanilla caramel chiller, and my gfs drink. Guy qt counter said we'd have to wait for his daughter to return, only she knew how to make my gfs drink. Which I don't believe was any harder than mine. If this place wants to create a great clientele bade, in a mall, and make money? Train all your workers on all the drinks. Dad and daughter duo or not.

It was a little wait because there was a line but the Strawberry smoothie I got was excellent! It was water base, no ice cream but it was still tasty. The mugs they sell are cute but overpriced to me.

Oh. My. Delicious! First time customer and I am blown away! Definitely stopping here whenever I?m in Monroeville. My husband got a vanilla caramel voltage over ice and I had a red velvet chiller. 100% amazing products and service!
