He then... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The manager's behavior was unacceptable. I watched as he gave away my food to a couple at another table. He then brought the correct order to me but refused to remake my meal when I noticed it had already been served to someone else. Instead, he took the food back to the kitchen to give to another customer. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know that food should not be reused once it leaves the kitchen. It was clear he didn’t care about proper food safety. I used to come here two to three times a week, but I won't be returning after this experience. To make matters worse, the manager tried to argue with me, so I made sure everyone in the food court knew what happened.

Never heard of it but stopped for dinner on our way out of the mall, I got popcorn chicken and my fiancee got the tenders. Took a bit because it was just one dude doing everything with a few orders ahead of us but he was friendly and productive and gave a heads up. Food came out piping hot and perfectly seasoned. Good portions of large pieces and tastes better than fast food chicken but maybe the same oil as the fish? Was a bit pricey for a food court, but in this economy, with Auntie Anne's charging $7 for a bottle of soda next door? Definitely going back.

I had never eaten here before.I can assure you I never will again.I ordered the chicken tenders 3 piece and fries, comes to like 12.00 no big deal.Told him I wo... read more I had never eaten here before.I can assure you I never will again.I ordered the chicken tenders 3 piece and fries, comes to like 12.00 no big deal.Told him I would be back in 15 minutes.Come back grab my food and open the box and the chicken looked so dried out.It was tough to bite through.Also it looked like he overcooked them because the fries were brown not golden color and they were soggy from retaining too much oil while fryingI was starving so I tried to eat one pieceand instantly regretted it.So I go back and explain to the man why I would just like my money backNo hard feelings.This man really was trying to calculate how much to charge me for the ONE tender my throat is still upset with me for trying to eat.He actually only gave me a 10.00 bill back.He also didn't like it too much when I politely told him he is overcooking the food.He treated me like I was trying to get away with something and I started to feel uncomfortable with how the whole situation played out.He took it personal.As he should have because he overcooked my food and ruined it.

Little seasoning in the coating, and the only condiment they had on the counter was ketchup. Fries were all right. The place was kind of understaffed, and the atmosphere is terrible (not really their fault that they're in the food court of Monroeville Mall, which is a big echo chamber).
