I placed an online order for 2 combo plates during the restaurant's operating hours. I paid $25 but when I arrived to pick up my order, the doors were locked even though the lights were on. Despite knocking on the door, no one came to assist me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had to go somewhere else to get my meal. I would appreciate it if someone could address this issue and provide a reimbursement.

I can only give this restaurant one star because zero stars is not an option. I placed an order and paid for my food online. When I arrived to pick it up, the door was locked, the lights were on, and the Open sign was flashing. Despite my efforts to get someone's attention by knocking on the door and calling the phone number, no one came to assist me. After waiting for 20 minutes in the parking lot, I ultimately left empty-handed and out $42.

The lights were on and the open sign was displayed on the locked door, but unfortunately, we were unable to enter.

Sent my daughter and they over charged and wouldn't refund the money then gave us something we didnt order ... wouldn't recommend

Nice establishment only suggestion I have would be to check the lobby more frequently for customers and to invest in larger containers for sauce with the larger orders of wings I ordered two 15piece wing orders and only recieved two cups of ranch, one for each meal.
