The bathrooms were labeled Bouy and Gulls. They were painted blue and pink. Took me a min to realize boys and girlsLOL A lot of locals perched at the bar. Seems like they might have themed events. We stopped in for dinner before we headedto Pure Terror Scream Park. Janina was so wonderful and pleasant. She took care of us and answered our questions about themenu. We had the special appetizer, Drunken Clam and Mussels, slightly spicy but delicious. French Onion Soup was good, wouldhave liked more onions but the cheese was ooey gooey good. Most other places have a harder cheese that just gets peeled offlike if a slice of cheese was just slapped on top. I like the ooey gooey cheese. Maple Pecan Encrusted Salmon was ok. Thesalmon was good but the maple pecan were piled in the center of the salmon not really encrusted so I ended up scrapping it offto enjoy the salmon. Hubby had the special ribs. Very good BBQ sauce on it. The biscuit was moist inside. And the fries werehuge. We had a great meal, next time we're in the area we will go back.

They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a bar area that also has indoor and outdoor options. The food is delicious, the service is fantastic, and there's even a large sand pit for the kids to play in! Live music during select summer nights is always a nice bonus!

I really enjoy the ocean and coastal atmosphere, and the sandy area out back is perfect for the kids to have some fun. The food is delicious, and the desserts are outstanding.

Howeve... read more I visited The Captain's Table for the first time and was a bit surprised by the limited seafood menu, as I had expected it to primarily focus on seafood. However, the appetizer—a shrimp and crab meat dip served with tortillas—was fantastic. My granddaughter ordered the day's special, stuffed flounder, and she absolutely loved it. I had a dish of shrimp, scallops, and clams over orzo pasta, which was very good. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. I would rate it five stars if not for the slightly misleading name.

However, the loaded tater tots were excessively smothered in cheese sauce, and the fish in the fish and chips was a bit on the tough side. On the bright side, the sweet and salty dessert featuring a cookie, ice cream, and caramel was absolutely fantastic! Our server was friendly, and the overall service was good.
