I'm shocked that a Subway could act in such... read more I visited this Subway location to order my dinner online, but after taking my payment, they never delivered my food. I'm shocked that a Subway could act in such a dishonest manner without any repercussions. Additionally, the Subway website is very hard to navigate, so I wouldn't recommend using it. The staff at the Monroe Subway seem to lack essential customer service skills and don't seem to appreciate their patrons. I would not recommend dining at this location.
