Starbucks - Monroe

I noticed people working inside the restaurant, but nobody was able to take my order at the drive-thru. Since this location closes at 9 PM, I felt like I wasted my 15-minute drive. It was frustrating to see employees inside while the drive-thru was unmanned. Google indicates they close at 9 PM, so why were they still open until 9:30 PM?

There are plenty of parking spaces available. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are delicious, both hot and cold.

The card reader was down today, so they generously treated me to my usual order for free. What a fantastic group of people!

No idea who manages this business now, but parts are gone. none of my coffee saucers is ever full and I usually have to ask them to fill up. friendly service the most time.

This location is very hit and miss. Sometimes I have a good experience where my drinks are made correctly in a timely manner, and other times I wait in the lobby for twenty to thirty minutes because they forgot to make our order but don't want to admit it. Seems preference in terms of labor is given to drive thru.
