It's frustrating to... read more The service at this restaurant is painfully slow. It shouldn't take 7 minutes to serve one person, especially when there are others waiting. It's frustrating to see orders sitting in the oven while customers are left waiting. This was the slowest service I have ever experienced, even though I placed my order online for pickup. Waiting should not be necessary in this situation.

It seems like they could benefit from hiring more staff or having a better system in place, as there was only one person handling both food service and the cash register. While the food itself was excellent, I unfortunately encountered a significant issue: there was a cockroach among the forks. Since the forks weren't wrapped, both I and another customer who noticed had to go to a different place to find utensils. The fact that the forks were situated right next to the food made me lose my appetite, as I couldn’t help but worry about the cleanliness of everything.

Twice we got a delivery for which we had paid, twice it was not... read more NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION. WORST SERVICE EVER. Using DoorDash, we twice tried to get Sbarro. Twice we got a delivery for which we had paid, twice it was not what we had ordered and paid for. So now we have paid for food that we didn't get and received instead food that we didn't want. DoorDash Sbarro SERVICE THAT IS AN ABOMINATION UNTO ALMIGHTY GOD. NEVER AGAIN!
